For young people and adults who are used to riding.
For those of you over 15 years old and who have been riding regularly for a few years, there is the opportunity to go out into the forest on a wonderful horse ride.
We ride out together on the nice forest and dirt roads, almost completely without car traffic. We ride mixed in walk, trot and canter if you wish and if Catarina judges that it is going well.
The horses have aged a bit and therefore now a large part of the round is at a walk with regard to the horses. But they are still lively and happy when they get out into the forest, so they like to both trot and gallop when it suits.
One of them is particularly suitable for those of you who have ridden a lot before but feel above and insecure.
The horses go in the paddock, so we help bring them in and groom them before riding.
One or two riders, max 80 kg, can ride at the same time on a ride.
Short trail, approx. 5 km, 45-60 min riding SEK 600
Long trail, 7-8 km, 1-1.5 hours riding SEK 750
The prices apply to accommodation with us, for others an additional SEK 100 per horse.
Time and length of the rounds are approximate and may vary.
You ride about 5 kilometers in an hour at a walk and when you also trot and gallop you cover about 8 kilometers in an hour. During winter and spring, we keep a slightly slower pace on the riding tours. The horses are then not quite in the same shape as in the summer because they are usually ridden less due to darkness and weather conditions.
Please note that riding is not always possible. Sometimes a horse gets sick or have lost a shoe. The weather can also prevent riding activities.
Our horses are kind, but all riding activities take place at your own risk and everyone who spend time with the animals on the farm must have their own insurance.
